My Story

Hi, my name is Yaseen Williams.

I'm a 17 year old photographer from South Jersey.

Humble Beginnings

I started my journey in 2018, when my grandmother gave me a lightly used Canon EOS60D. No one else put time into really learning and using it until I did.

I fell in love with photography and quickly realized I had a talent for it.

Here are some photos I took in those early days.

Moving Up

As I continued to improve my skills and to search for opportunities to upgrade my equipment, I began to turn to the local community for support. I sold photo prints to raise enough money to purchase more gear.

Eventually, I upgraded to a Fujifilm X-T30. A 2019 release, this camera was a big upgrade to the 2010 EOS 60D.

I also used some of the funds from my photography to take my first trip out to the Western US. I flew out to Las Vegas to visit the National Parks in the area, including Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, and the Grand Canyon.

Present Day

Today, I'm working to expand the range of products and services I offer while developing my skills.

I've upgraded again to a Sony A7RIII and am working to acquire additional equipment to accompany it.
